Great reviews on mybuilder but no info on the web?

I employed this,well I could say bad builder but I do not want on his parade to rain on his want to rain on his parade This goes under A M L so called please do not hire him is a not a fair person even charging me double for part my . My wife and I are both disabled pensioners yet he still he still took advantage of both both of us. All I ask is for to him leave the building to people who know what they are doing !

I have used MyBuilder a few times and have found some cracking local tradesmen through it I would otherwise have never found. People don't always have recommendations to go off & I think these websites are useful so long as you exercise due diligence, certainly better than flicking through the local directory/Google for the ones who have laid out the most cash on adverts and websites.

If I was the OP and wouldn't be worrying about the lack of a web presence away from MyBuilder, not everybody feels the need to invest effort in listing themselves everywhere. Go with your own gut instinct.

Checkatrade are now owned by Homeserve & the membership prices have gone through the roof & in most cases at least double what they were & decent good hardworking trades are leaving in their droves because of this & having their phones numbers removed & instead having a central control centre take the calls, so you will prob find the other lead generating sites will become busier, checkatrade is very much a money making scheme now

Teneighty posted that no trades who are any good should have to tout for work on these sights'..

I have just had the best tradesman I have ever met to do some work in my house, the floor sander goes by the name of Vasile and lives in Redbridge. His work is so brilliant and he left the house cleaner than when he started! Not a speck of dust to be seen anywhere.. and my floors are beautiful, thank you Vasile.
