Help A Local Child - south coast

I'm running the great South Run in aid of Help A Local Child -Radio staion Ocean FM's charity. This charity helps disadvantaged kids on the south coast.

I've been training for 4 months and started out not being able to run for 10 minutes let alone 10 miles.

I need to get £200 in sponsorship and haven't managed to get that amount as yet.
