So the First Direct switch is under way with the zombie account and looking to be completed by the 23rd. Not impressed with their app/online banking service though. The app is very slow and online banking requiring the Digital Secure Code if you log in with the possibility of doing something along the line of making changes to the account is a bit frustrating.

Once pay day is out the way, I'm hoping to switch the main bank account over to TSB for their reward or Yorkshire Bank and then once they've paid out, move the direct debits over to Natwest.

The Natwest Reward account has various cashback offers at different times including a current 20% cashback for Cafe Nero!

Looking to start switching my main account with all the bills coming out of it soon and I've got another question. With my broadband coming up for renewal soon, I've been looking to change this. BT's current offer ends in a couple of days so if I were to give them my main account details to set up the direct debit and then have the main account switched before the d/d is due to come out, will this cause any problems at all? From my understanding of the CASS, payments taken from the old account will be redirected to come from the new one so will this mean the d/d gets set up on my new account from the second payment?
