    did you see my edit for my recent post? my dads a Medical doctor so I generally take his advice but a lawyer seems way over the top, unless my dad knows something I don't and halifax have ruined me for months I don't see the point in instructing a lawyer

    edit: I told them I expected my credit score to be fixed as I was following instructions and told them 5 pounds was not adequate compensation for the hours i've been on hold/spent filling in the forms etc.
