A Curly Wurly has under 120 calories .... and as it's a "proper chocolate bar" you don't find yourself chomping into a whisked up nothing of a filling. It's proper, real sweeties, so therefore you don't feel cheated. And, you can even cut one into halves so spread it across two days.0

I find the non diet stuff more satisfying and I want less. Having a bag of Skips or wotsits just makes me want to eat another bag as they're so full of air! Whereas a packet of Tyrells or Walkers or other potato crisps are much more satisfying and don't want a second bag!
Never been a fan of Mullerlight yoghurts either, I like Total's greek yoghurts, especially the ones that are like muller corners. Tasty, full of protein, 0% fat, but are very thick and creamy.
I used to love crackerbread at 19 calories per slice. I used to have 2 or 4 with half a laughing cow light cheese triangle per slice (25cal per triangle). They also do wholegrain crackerbread now!0 -
Kallo Lightly Salted Corn Cakes, spread with some extra light cheese spread, make a nice low calorie snack. At 25 cals they are slightly less calorific than their Rice Cakes. hartleys low calorie jelly pots, various flavours, small pots about 7 or 8 cals, on offer about 40p a go but you really feel like you have had a treat as they fill you up and you don't have to bother to make them up, so not as economical as missbiggles suggestion but more portable.

If you don't need portable, our B & M were selling the twin sachets of Hartley's SF Jelly crystals last week at 3 for £1. Rather better than the 70p each that Sainsbob's charge! I always have some made up in the fridge to have with FarmFoods frozen berries and a blob of fat free yogurt.

Only because most of what is in the packet is space.What you are effectively saying is that a small amount of chocolate has less calories than a larger amount of chocolate
Once you start comparing like-for-like using fat/sugar/calories per 100g , then it becomes very similar to other Cadbury chocolate0 -
werthers sugar free toffees - ideal as a one or two only treat. Haven't got a pack handy for calorie per sweet but according to Sainsbos they are 290 cal per 100 g, whole bag is only 80g. They do contain sweeteners which if eaten to excess will cause laxative effect but the idea is to satisfy a craving for sweet with one or two. HTH0
