    But there would be no risk of getting hit by extra BA charges, and you could travel with checked luggage.
  • Yes if I am going back to Dublin I may as well take checked baggage.
    I just thought I would save a few hours travelling, but maybe best not to bother!

  • If you book Miami - Heathrow - Dublin they only have to get you to Dublin. They could re-route you via other than Heathrow if they need to for operational reasons. Small risk, but a risk none the less.
