Address conflict

Hi all,

I have a quick question - I'm registered to one address on the electoral roll but my main bank account is still registered to my parents' address, mainly to ensure I don't accidentally move and start missing letters.

Is this a conflict in the eyes of credit companies, or is it not something my credit file would necessarily highlight?

Thanks for your help.

  • I had the same issue at the start of the week, I wanted to see my experian report, but some of my details (rbs, next and electoral roll details) were missing, turns out some of my addresses have "West" at the start and others don't. (For postal services it doesn't matter as there isn't an east etc, but obviously for details it does!) Some websites with drop down menus don't have that option of the West part, (I know I'll need to put it in manually from now on!) so it was showing a lower score. I phoned them up and they corrected it although the electoral roll detail or my Next account still hasn't been added, I did contact the council department by updating my details but will see if it changes! Will need to get changing all other addresses to have them all the same!! I should've known that....!
