Credit Card Charges

Hello All,
a Very old question here as I thought this was no longer possibe, to reclaim late charges on Credit Cards, am I right? I now understand it is still possible against Credit Card Co's but not Banks, based on the 2006 ruling.
It is very confusing and am fearing I may have been able to claim all along.
Recent advice welcomed.
Thank you

Depends on the size of the charge. Charges are allowed but the OFT set a guide figure. More info here:
