Could someone please point me, in the direction of a sharpener for ceramic bladed knives?
I've tried searching Amazon, for "sharpener for ceramic blades", but all I seem to get is, sharpeners fitted with ceramic "stones".

I'm not sure if this will work with ceramic knives, but it works really well on metal blades. It says that it works well on any knife so may be suitable.

Seems like you need a diamond wheel type tool to sharpen ceramic knives (on the basis that nothing else is hard enough).
Maybe something like this? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Kyocera-Sharpener-for-Ceramic-knives/dp/B002R90N7W0 -

Just checked the question and answer section, and several replies say no, it won't sharpen ceramic knives.0 -

Thanks for that CC. Looks exactly what I need. :T0 -
No problem, Bob.
Let us know how you get on - lots of people have these knives, now, and I bet hardly any of them have thought about what happens if/when they need sharpening.
I found a couple of videos - this one demos the sharpener I linked to...

This one looks a bit more of an amateur attempt, but the guy seems to be a bit of a ceramic knife guru...

Thanks for the info and videos CC.
For regular knives, I've always used a steel, but a steel won't touch ceramic knives.0
