Wrong part of the bed delivered by BEDSTAR , and they are not very helpful

I ordered a bed from bedstar.co.uk and the courier delivered the wrong slats, the bed was in three boxes, the box with the slats has a different address on it. I paid by credit card.
I keep contacting them but despite assuring me to sort the things out they do nothing. Can I claim money back through my bank as I paid by credit card? The bed is unusable as the right size slats are not there. Help please where do I start to sort it out. Can I just ask them to completely refund me? Thank you

How much did the bed cost? (the price paid makes a difference as to the resolutions available to you).0

In that case you have a few options available to you.
The first (and probably the easiest at this point) is to contact your card issuer and request a chargeback for the £320. Tell the card company that what you received was incorrect and that the supplier is refusing to exchange the goods or to refund you.
There is also a "section 75" claim. This is S75 of the Consumer credit act and provided that you made the purchase on direct credit as a private consumer and the cost of the item was over £100, the credit supplier is jointly and equally liable with the retailer for any breach of contract.
This process is often quite long which is why I suggested a chargeback as your first option.0 -
I am having such trouble with Bedstar.
We ordered bunk beds with mattresses and a double bed at the end of November.
They were delivered on 2/12/12 = the bed slats for the bunk beds were damp and mouldy, and the bed frame was chipped. The holes to put the double bed together didn't line up. I telephones and sent photos and the whole order was collected on 11/12/15.
I am still waiting for my refund. If I hear "we have 30 days" one more time from this company I will scream. They promised to call me back yesterday but of course I hear nothing.
I paid in full on credit card £683. If I get no further today can I contact the credit card company?0 -

The refund finally hit my credit card earlier this week.
I would never us Bedstraw again. Avoid at all costs.0
