Vent : Tesco direct home delivery

I placed an order with tesco direct and 30 minutes later decided to cancel it. It wouldn't let me cancel online, so I phoned to be told that you only have 15 minutes to cancel an order. How stupid is that? My order doesn't come until next Thursday, then I'll have to phone tesco for a courier to come collect it back. What a waste of time and resources.

Refuse delivery if your in when its delivered.0

I agree this sound completely daft.
You could try removing all the items. And/or keep changing the slot until you actually want a delivery.
The trouble with refusing to accept is that you'll probably have to pay the delivery charge, anyway. There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
