GBEnergy - E-Mails.

I have a single energy supply switch which is due to go through tomorrow (the 10th). As I have not received an e-mail request for a meter reading, I called GBEnergy to check that my switching date had not been delayed. 'No' was the answer. When I questioned the lack of an e-mail asking for a meter reading the response was 'it has been Christmas you know, and we have a backlog of e-mails to send out'.

When I was a GB Energy customer I recall getting the first request for a meter reading on the day of the switch itself - so I presume you will get one tomorrow.

Thanks. I won't hold my breath. Based on numerous other switches, I thought that the industry norm was +/- 5 days of the predicted switch date. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
