wanted - electric blanket that's breathable

One side of my old electric blanket has packed up but I'm having trouble sourcing a replacement that meets my needs. I didn't think it was a big ask but it seems progress and product development don't always mean better.
The old one is fleecy and has a "skirt" so it fits like a fitted sheet. The back is some sort of bonded material which adds negligible thickness. I switch it on to pre-warm the bed but don't leave it on overnight. Although the fleece is synthetic, it's breathable and washable.
Number one requirement for the replacement is it must be breathable - I want perspiration to evaporate, not give me a bath while I sleep. So I think this rules out anything with a foam component (most of the market?). No strong views on whether it needs to be fleecy or not - I use a lambswool mattress topper over the top. Washable, ideally OK to tumble dry too. Prefer fitted sheet type design (to fit a deep mattress), elastic straps would do at a pinch but definitely not ties. Heated area must be most of the mattress (king size 150cm x 200cm), not a big unheated margin all round the bed. I understand that there's no need to heat the area under the pillow but how big do the manufacturers think a pillow is? And leads long enough to plug in both on one side of the bed (head end).
There are at least a couple of readily available blankets billed as 100% cotton, but when you check them out it's only the top surface that's cotton, the rest of the construction is anybody's guess.
Has anyone recently bought an electric underblanket that ticks the above boxes, if so what and where? It's not easy getting the information from the manufacturers and lots of retailers don't want you opening packaging to check the item.
Thanks in anticipation :-)

If you can't think of anything nice to write, say nothing. Rudeness isn't clever.
