Good morning. Just had free 4 pack of C4rling lager and cider between our apps (plus £5 off 20 alongside £1 off and losers) - first time in 3 weeks or so to get anything other than loses or £1/£2 off.
Makes it worth persevering as free beer and cider ... although it is C4rling.

I had the usual loser messages bain of my life with that app lol but along with the £1 and £2 off the husband and daughter have been getting we won 2 x 20 packs today!! that will go nicely with my big points list for sainsburys this weekend, worth checking nectar cards for spits as I got loads a couple of days ago, I put 1 item through (always do that in case of a £x of £x spend) and got a few, then put the bigger shop through got my £10 b/m and a load more, should rack up around 2600 points on my next visit!!0 -

There has been massive simplification in the last few years.
The current situation is:
01, 02, 03 - inclusive in allowance from landlines and mobiles, else 'geographic rate'
070 - personal numbers charged at a premium rate
071-075, 077-079 - inclusive in allowance from (some) landlines and mobiles, else 'mobile rate'
080 - free from landlines and mobiles
084, 087, 09 - premium rate with an Access Charge and a Service Charge.
Calls to geographic and mobile numbers allocated in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man are usually excluded from inclusive allowances.
The above list ignores numbers starting 0500, 055, 056 and 076, but these are rare.Savvybuyer wrote: »:(I think that's why I'm finding it more complicated!
Even there, though, six different paragraphs for six different types of numbers - far more than the average person could remember! Or ten if you count each of the 'rare' prefixes separately.
It's just too much. I might go and study your list later - but, even then, I'll probably need to print it out and keep it in front of the phone to look through every time before I ring a number! I think - in fact, I don't think, I know - this is why I refuse to ring any number other than a geographic telephone number nowadays.
It shouldn't be too difficult to remember that 01, 02 and 03 are the ones to call and I think that almost everyone knows that calls to 080 numbers are free from landlines and from mobiles. Usage of premium rate 084 and 087 numbers is in massive decline.
I have printed out multiple copies of the list and a number of local people have one near their landline phone.0
