Yes both me and oh have done it. Like Chris says make sure you have a cup of tea and the internet on at the same time. It is not one of the easier switches but when you equate the hourly rate it is not bad! We did it when it was only the £100 gift voucher - so I think now is the optimum time to do it. Find is very difficult to spend money in M&s though. Yellow labels are good in our store just before lunch time and cheese is quite often about £3kg. They seem to need to read everything out to you on the phone rather than trusting you to do it! hth
