So, hi there! I'm back from M and M and M and M. Oh, and M:D:rotfl:. I managed five stores today, although I had six originally on my itinerary. The decision that I wouldn't be able to make the sixth one was made for me when I left the fifth store at five to 4! Not to worry as the remaining store is very easy to incorporate into another route on another day. I did very well though, managing 5 stores, despite leaving home half an hour late.

There would doubtless have been more bemusement for some of you when you saw me removing the 13 Amp Plug from the M list months ago. What are you doing deleting that Savvy when they are still in my store?:rotfl: That's another item I've managed to find again - in fact I have now found it in two stores that are miles apart from each other - and it simply disappeared from all the stores closer to me that I regularly check. In fact one of the stores isn't far from me but it's not one that I check due to it being in a small town and therefore perceived that it won't stock many of the items that I check overall. So much for that idea:rotfl:. In fact, every store that I go to has additional items that are in none of the previous stores at all. It's now the case that any additional item I'm finding isn't in any of over twenty other stores.

In one of today's stores, I was astonished to find the Cadbury's treatsize Twirls and Crunchie packs at the 43p price. I am amazed that they are there and have even lasted beyond Christmas! They are even fully in stock as well and have proper SELs. Obviously people don't like treatsize chocs in that part of the country:rotfl:. Or maybe it's the way the muggles shop and probably buying items before Christmas at expensive prices:eek: in the seasonal aisle rather than getting a treatsize bag at just 43p. I was even more astonished when I saw the ice lollies in that store - and the ones I'm saying have disappeared and found not just one, but several, of the old (but not old after all - as it turns out they are still very much current in that store) RTC ones that I removed from my list months ago when they had disappeared completely from my usual stores.

The Cadbury's treatsize bags have 43p SELs but no indication at all that those are RTC prices. It seems to me therefore possible - though it seems hypothetical now that it seems T no longer has either of these products - though I suppose I cannot exclude the possibility that they are still in some T store somewhere! - that, if that M store is one that TBG checks and if they do not find the products anywhere else, they could pick up the 43p price. TBG does not match prices of items that are RTC at the competitor. However, if there is no indication at all in the store they've seen, how could they ever know? Therefore - apart from the fact that it seems the products are now unavailable in T - challenge for someone to find them! - there may be a 1 in 500 chance (however many stores M has) of TBG picking up the 43p M price.

I shall be putting them back onto my list, as they are available in M. I think that it is nearly impossible to know the full extent of what is stocked in "Morrisons". I can't even say that they are store-specific as they may still be available in a small number of M stores. (I have one other item - it does not compare on the APG:( - that I have found in 3 stores. However, that is clearly quite rare as there are the other 23 stores that have no evidence of it at all.) Indeed, it seems that any item that I have had on good RTC price in M at any time in the past year may still be available in some M somewhere.

There is a challenge for someone to find the Milkyway Funsize in M. It disappeared for me, immediately that it became 43p and then there was no evidence of it at all in any of my stores (and that's the approximately six that I rotate between over the course of a few weeks). There's your challenge - find the Milkyway Funsize bags in M next time you are there! I bet someone has the Savers Disposable Razors that went to 18p a while back and then totally vanished for me:rotfl:.

I'm putting yet more items on (or back on) to the M list, as they are available and stocked by M even if it seems not very widely. How could I have gone N/A on them months ago?:rotfl:

As regards my travels to M, I did hear of a group (after I started a bit of this) that goes around the country and stays in every pub in a county at a time. The aim being to visit every pub in the country. I think they managed to cover all pubs in Wales and have done all pubs in Nottinghamshire as well. So, there are people/groups that do similar things to this! The thing is that, obviously, visiting pubs is seen as more 'normal'. Yet they must be visiting a pub and then staying there all of one evening. So, it could be said, actually they staying in a pub all night, spending more time there and not getting much done:rotfl:. Apart from obviously social conversation that lasts all night - so that that could be said to be something useful and have a functional use. Whereas I'm spending about 20-30 minutes maximum in each M and - come on, let's face it, the social conversation (which is nice) comes back with no real information, doesn't achieve anything at all after it is done and doesn't produce anything after it that is worthwhile, so I'm visiting M and doing something useful in each one.

I don't think I'll ever go to every M in the land, but only ones that I can get to. I don't know fully why I started this - then again I don't know why I started the M list ever at all:rotfl: - but, having seen what extra I could find on the reduced stock, and then found all sorts of items in every next store, it's interesting what you find out. Though there are some common items across all (or many) stores, every M has a different range and seems to have items that are not unique to it but not in many other stores at all (and, up to that point, are items I've found only in that store and no other but then later find in another store elsewhere - along with a whole lot of stuff that I didn't have before:rotfl:).

The list will never be fully complete:rotfl:. (It's been woefully incomplete for many months:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:.) And, whilst you may think it's surely now reduced - the chance of finding further items I don't already have in a further store and thus that journey to that store proving completely pointless (as giving me nothing extra at all) - the last store I had today - lots of further items!:rotfl::rotfl::eek::rotfl:

If anyone sees anything else I took off the list but is continuously available in your M, let me know:rotfl:. There is now no realistic way of me ever tracking the prices on some items or knowing about any price changes, or knowing when they have completely gone, as they are all in stores miles away from me. However, I shall just use my judgement and psychic skill to keep them on the list and assume that their regular prices haven't changed but if anyone notices anything that is incorrect on the M list, do let me know:T.
