You are nearly there just another night after this:beer:

I'm gonna have a chilled glass of something fizzy I was given as a leaving pressie, I have it outside in some snow in the garden.

Last year I went nearly into March.

I'm putting the kettle on if anyone fancies a cup of decaf tea:rotfl:

Some councils are funding up to 24 WW sessions. Your GP needs to give you a referral if your council does do this. The only way to find if you can get free WW sessions is to ask your GP. If your council does offer this, then you will get 12 free sessions to start, and if you loose at least 5% of your starting weight you will be given a further 12 free sessions.

They do in this part of the world too spring dreams but I believe you have to be in receipt of benefits

Managed to avoid jet lag TM - as it was only a short trip I went to bed early, got up early, slept about seven hours on the plane and have been fine. I feel more tired after an early start to drive down to Somerset this morning than I did after flying thousands of miles.
Would love to say I could fit into the size 6 knickers - but I'd be lying :p

Been mia again :o I've been property hunting which has taken up a lot of my time, it's also a tad on the stressful side. But hopefully things are starting to move in the right direction at last. And f I do secure something I'll be getting back into the swing of things big time on here!
