For those that have been charged the online price rather than the instore price, if you haven't been notified that your store is trialling the new price system, complain as they are in breach of their own T&Cs?

If you have been notified, complain that you feel it unreasonable that you have been overcharged compared to the instore price. If this is a trial (T&C does say trial rather than rolling implementation or similar), it suggests they will make a decision whether to roll it out so negative feedback may put them off?

It could work in our favour (in theory) if offers remain online that you cannot get instore or if the price has gone up. I am sure that they can claim a benefit is you know how much you will be charged when you check out (may suit some, like fixed price energy so you know where you are) but I can see few other benefits?

For normal shoppers is the trialling system fairer? In the fairness stakes how would we rate it against T,S etc?

    evening all :)

I managed to reach my APG limit in Jan - do we know for sure whether this is per calendar month and will re-set on 1st Feb. or from the date of my 1st order in Jan?
