When I rejected that £70 toothbrush the CC guy just said we'd do the refund on the CS till. They looked at my receipt to check my name, scanned it and put £70 back. I think it bypassed the online system entirely. I don't know why he decided to do it that way, but I liked it!

I returned an item from a C&C instore as charged full price (no apg advantage either as a rare muggle shop) and after various discussions they refunded to a gift card as C&C is on a separate system.

Computer behind the desk has green writing on a black screen, possibly pre-MS-Dos  I once asked for a print out and I feel sure it was from a dot matrix printer.

Is this where I admit to taking the girls to school with my nightie tucked in my jeans. :o :rotfl:

Not routinely, but you know when you have had a bad night with one of them, and the nights merge into the days into the nights.

Sometimes trying to juggle everything at once is just not possible but I have never gone shopping in my night wear.

On a different note of embarrassment I did go to Ts the other day with socks and crocs. :rotfl: I hadn't meant to had on a pair of 4p white boys sports socks and just slipped on old pair of DD3's crocs to pick her up from work, bright pink complete with various Jibbitz (those decorations you stick in the holes). On the way home decided to swing around to Ts. Got out of the car and looked down and thought. Nearly took a pic for you all but thought that might make me a bit identifiable. :p

TS, I choked on my wine. I just can't imagine you going out in nightwear. Crocs, yes but nightwear, no.

Good afternoon Locarr, how's the weather where you are? It's still very windy here but no rain :j

Evening, just seen this, cold but dry thanks, which is how I prefer winter rather than wet and grey that it has been the few days prior :)
