At this precise moment, the Quorn multi is triggering when adding to my online basket. I wonder if this means this won't work for new online orders?

However, the Actimel/Kids Corners are still adding WITHOUT any multi-buy triggering.

Regarding big companies ignoring complaints. Remember at Christmas I had the run over jelly baby?
I contacted Cadburys with a 'witty' comment...
They replied immediately saying send a photo & batch No.
I did that on the 29th December & have heard nothing back since...
Deleting emails the other day I came across this & got rather stroppy & sent them a 'A reply would of been good manners' :p:p
Well it's the rudeness I dislike

I know exactly what you mean. If Hotpoint had actually bothered to tell me what was going on it would not have been so bad.

As it is I am hoping to hear from them today, that's what my contact at John Lewis told me anyway. Will wait and see, I have zero confidence in them.

That is great news, hope he is at least feeling a little better. Have to admit everytime I groan about my freezer I remind myself about all the people around me that are having real problems, I really have nothing to complain about.
