You still need to buy it first. You can phone them, I did at the weekend as was worried my screenshot didn't have the date showing, just the time. Lovely lady basically did another form for me and did screenshots at her end. Was ever so helpful.

Make sure that on your pc bottom task bar the date and time are showing, current date that is then press the fn key and the prnt screen button
then I opened the paint programme and clicked pasted then saved it as gif or JPEG

Might be a better easier way but it worked for me

Just make sure that you do not have all their competitors' tabs open. :eek:

Lol, yeah I forgot that, took 2 screen shots and realised I had 4 other tabs open all looking at airport lounges

Eta, I also made the mistake of taking a screenshot of the cheaper price before I booked on HE, luckily realised before I sent off my claim :cool:
