does anyone know if VW charge for the use of their courtesy car if you don't get the work done there? i've tried looking on their website & can't find anything about courtesy cars

Good morning, would expect that they would want it returned when you collect you car, especially if you are taking your car elsewhere for repair, I received my free cold sore cream in the post so thank to tweets for that,:)

Not likely, they would of needed to tell you of a possible charge beforehand, I have never known any garage charging for a courtesy car.:)
