    Bubbs well done on the no smoking for a year :j:j

    I had loads of things I wanted to say on catching up but they have gone from my mind :o:cool:

    For all those suffering now and with future suffering still to come I wish you better health :) x

    I am going on an extended coffee break for a while, nan has started to take a fast decline and needs me x

    They posted something on FB that explains to me why a lot of receipts go straight to review now without you asking for it.

    Previously the app was reading the receipts for the products alone. THEN when your requested a withdrawal they would check the transaction numbers to be sure the receipts hadn't already been claimed on other accounts.

    What they have done is combine these 2 processes into 1 so that the receipt is checked for prior submission at the same time as they check for the qualifying product

    Because a lot of my receipts are sequential transactions I guess that's why they are flagged as possible duplicates

    It all gets sorted in the end with no intervention on my part though :cool:
