What about goin to Debenhams or somewhere, think they have people to help you with clothing like a personal shopper and go to a make up stand in there, let them do a make over, pick there brains and they you will know what to buy and how to apply;) but buy from somewhere cheaper

He just phoned from Heathrow. He has just had something to eat and said goodbye to his wife. He told me which website he is using for the van and its basically a people carrier with a bed in the back. Makes me feel a bit better. he went around New Zealand on a coach trip as part of his round the world trip and wants to revisit some of the places he went then. I told him to just enjoy and be careful.

The last time I wore makeup was on my wedding day, I simply do not wear it now, have frequently been asked how I manage to get that "no makeup" look, and have been to some posh places

You might find you feel more comfortable in a really nice trouser suit or the suchlike.
