    Dear Tech Support,

’Last year I upgraded from Boyfriend 5.0 to Husband 1.0 and noticed a distinct slowdown in overall system performance, particularly in the flower and jewelry applications, which operated flawlessly under Boyfriend 5.0.

In addition, Husband 1.0 uninstalled many other valuable programs, such as: Romance 9.5 and Personal Attention 6.5, and then installed undesirable programs such as: NBA 5.0, NFL 3.0 and Golf Clubs 4.1.

Conversation 8.0 no longer runs, and House cleaning 2.6 simply crashes the system. Please note that I have tried running Nagging 5.3 to fix these problems, but to no avail.
    What can I do?

    Signed,
    Desperate

    Dear Desperate,

“First keep in mind, Boyfriend 5.0 is an Entertainment Package, while Husband 1.0 is an operating system. Please enter command: I thought you loved me.html and try to download Tears 6.2 and do not forget to install the Guilt 3.0 update. If that application works as designed, Husband 1.0 should then automatically run the applications Jewelry 2.0 and Flowers 3.5.

However, remember, overuse of the above application can cause Husband 1.0 to default to Grumpy Silence 2.5, Happy Hour 7.0 or Beer 6.1. Please note that Beer 6.1 is a very bad program that will download the Farting and Snoring Loudly Beta.

Whatever you do, DO NOT, under any circumstances, install Mother-In-Law 1.0 (it runs a virus in the background that will eventually seize control of all your system resources.)
In addition, please, do not attempt to re-install the Boyfriend 5.0 program. These are unsupported applications and will crash Husband 1.0.

In summary, Husband 1.0 is a great program, but it does have limited memory and cannot learn new applications quickly. You might consider buying additional software to improve memory and performance. We recommend: Cooking 3.0 and Hot Lingerie 7.7.
    Good Luck!’

Put the car on ebay with an honest description of what is wrong, list it as spares and repair if it is that bad. Start at a low price, it will sell, and you almost definitely will get more than scrapping it.

Edit: Bloke next to me was going to pay someone to take his car away just before xmas, I advised him to do this, and he ended up with £700 for it.

Thanks DM, I'm really not keen on people calling to view it. Oh is a mechanic and don't want any come backs. It's still running fine but mot expiring in a few week and will want some cash chucking at it so was thinking of upgrade as its 2001. Had it 4 year and it owes us nothing, it's been fab xx

Can anyone explain one of life's mysteries?

I take a full loaf out of the freezer. Take half away to put in the bread bin.

Now the half a loaf won't fit back in the freezer:think::think::think:
    You need another freezer:j

Deleted old card from amazon now but still how stupid can't believe I hadn't noticed!!

Good afternoon beautiful people I received the best gift ever as a parent last night. There is a FREE app called ' our pact' and basically you have total control when your offspring can use their phones iPads etc. Our kids did go hysterical to begin with but if jobs are not done we deny access. You must not tell your children until after this has been downloaded on their device. You can set a schedule which time to switch off devices at night etc. Happy parents hope this helps someone xx

Oh dear :o not very dignified isn't it? :rotfl: I hope you're antibiotics sort you out very soon. I have missed so much and hope that you're doing better in general despite the infection set back.

I feel much better today. I'm just going a bit mad being confined to barracks. I'd dearly love to get my wellies on and sort out the mess that is my garden but I'd probably get in trouble. Everything is so wet and soggy out there. I might get away with pottering in the greenhouse. I'm itching to get my early flower seeds planted.

Don't think I've got much dignity left FC to be honest! Various medical professionals have seen all parts of me, dealt with my liquid rivers of poo when I had c diff, taken swabs to diagnose the staph, and been subjected to me flashing them in those lovely hospital gowns more times than I care to remember! :rotfl:

This week I have finally had my catheters out, and have learnt how to insert a catheter through the channel in my belly button in order to be able to urinate this. At one point I had 3 nurses observing me do this. Dignity well and truly out the window. :D

However, things do seem to be going more smoothly now, finally, so I'm cautiously optimistic about moving forward, and hoping to get back to work on light duties in the next couple of weeks. :)

I do know what you mean about being confined to barracks, its pretty rubbish. Hopefully you'll be able to get out and do a bit soon, stop you from going mad. :o
