hi TS :hello:Keep trying I had same with something ordered 2 and only 1 dispatched added to wish list again and ordered again and now that's been dispatched.
And cheery I haven't forgotten.
they refunded my whole order of 2 items with no reason as to why but the other item had been delivered to store & collected :whistle: but the s&g bag still shows as "Your parcel has been dispatched" which it has done since last wednesday but wasn't there on friday & no message saying ready to collect either? i've got to pop in later to pick my pedi set up so will see if they have it yet :rotfl::rotfl:

In my defence some are tiny orders I only ordered one of those candles yesterday but I think I have all the birthday gifts sorted for the year now.
