You are probably candled out, but there is only currently one Glade candle remaining on A at £5 which stands out - Glade Candle Blackberry - has this also been spotted reduced in stores?

I might be playing devils advocate here. I have no opinion on what an acceptable amount of whoopsies is or isn't, I don't whoopsie shop.

But I have been on the receiving end of several warnings public and private about responding to posts that were aimed at me/designed to get a reaction/ meant to provoke. And all of them I was advised not to respond to. Some of them have been from you yourself. No one likes being attacked personally and it's normal to fight back when you are.

I think if you chose to document your life in public online, be that in posts about what you do, where you go, what you buy at the shops, what you have for dinner...then you have to accept you might get negative reactions as well as positive ones. You can't please all of the people all of the time. Inevitably you will p iss someone off. That's life.

There does seem to be a perception here that we are a cosy little group who share things. Look at how many people read this thread and judge from that how comfy you are about sharing details. I'm not being negative, just realistic.

When you chose to share information publicly, whatever that might be then you should do so knowing that it can be recieved positively or negatively.

it's a conversation I have often with my kids and their FB, Twitter, Instagram and all the angst that comes along with those things

I don't really understand this post FC or the subsequent comment you made. I don't feel that I "document my life online" but that is obviously your perception. I feel comfortable with what I post.....I don't fear anyone recognising my dinner plates or kitchen worktops:rotfl: and I usually say where I've been and not where I'm going to:D I don't feel I need a lecture on internet safety:o

I'm not wanting to stir a hornet's nest but you too have shared a huge amount of personal information over the years.

The photos and personal stuff makes this thread unique. Cats, dogs, snowmen:D and I think the thread would be poorer without it.

I'm fine with positive and negative replies to my posts but I don't like judgemental ones. I'm not happy with someone saying that I behave like a bully in the supermarket :o

Anyway, I shouldn't be writing this ......I'm at work:)
