As long as there's enough money is your estate to cremate or bury you and no-one relies on your income then life insurance is not necessary.
You own a house without a mortgage. That can be sold to pay any debts you have and to pay for your send-off.

Are you paying into a pension scheme at work, and if so, does it have death in service benefit? If it does then that may be all you need, if you need anything.0
