Credit report Confusion??

In 2013 I split up with partner who I lived with in his home. I moved into a rented house and went down the route of applying for a mortgage. I wouldn't say I had bad credit as there were no defaults but I had a lot of outstanding credit on credit cards so my credit rating wasn't good either. It was a struggle but managed to get my mortgage through in January 2014.
I am signed up to a free credit report through Noddle and checked this today which shows my score as 2 out of 5.
When I checked through the search history it shows at least 6 searches up to October 2015 from my old address that I haven't lived at since August 2013. If I click on 'dispute' I get the message:
'Sorry you can't raise a dispute on this item as it's a search that was done on someone else with whom you have a link or association. If there's a problem, please let them know as they'll have to raise the dispute.'
I assume that this is credit that my ex has applied for and as we must have some sort of connection from living together it is still showing on my credit report?
I once had an account with Experian so thought I would log back in to check it as they seem more reliable than Noddle to which I was charged £14.99 for the privilege. When I logged on, none of my recent history was there and it is showing my credit score as 982 out of 999 which is impossible!! My address history is all messed up and it won't let me change it. My mortgage and any recent activity is not even there! I have submitted an application on Experian to remove my ex as a financial association.
Will this sort my credit report out and will his credit applications since we have split up have affected my score?

You can only disassociate if you don't have any linked accounts, I discovered this with my ex husband, we couldn't disassociate because we had a mortgage together even tho the court transferred the house to me. If you haven't any joint accounts you can ask all three CRA's to de link you0

We once had a joint personal loan for some home improvements but that was settled in 2013. The mortgage and house was in his name only - I was in effect just a lodger so there are no more financial ties between us.0

With regard to the differences in Noddle and Experian - they will only report what lenders report to them (as do Equifax). So you are not likely to see all your information on all of them.
The scores are largely fictional and entirely meaningless, so ignore the discrepancies between them.
Follow the advice above re disassociation, as any negatives on your ex partners files will neagtiavely impact you.0
