How prophetic that was, two months later, numerous phone calls, reassurances and apologies and the switching incentive bonus is still not in my account despite repeated statements from FD that it would be on numerous occasions since passed.
As of today I'm assured it will be in the account within 24 hours which is something I will believe when I see it. No gesture from FD with regard to compensating me for the numerous calls I've had to make to try and get this resolved either.
Top for customer service they may be but their efficiency is another matter entirely in my experience. At least they'll serve as a candidate when eligible for the next switching bonus...'We don't need to be smarter than the rest; we need to be more disciplined than the rest.' - WB0
