Hi People, I apologise but this is likely going to be a load of trivial waffle. It is just me trying to leave no stone un-turned in my efforts to get a mortgage this year..... I have looked at the 3 known credit reference agencies reports on me....Equifax, Experian and Callcredit..... I have a credit agreement listed on…

They see balances, amounts paid back, including whether full or minimum and if on a promotional rate. Also any over limit or late payments.

You can check your files as often as you want. Lenders don't see (or care) if you do.
