Anyone else with communication difficulties (as I have) might like to contact DWP on :

"We have now steps in place so that we can offer email as a reasonable adjustment. Should you wish to proceed with a reassessment claim to PIP for your change in circumstances we will be able to start the process off by email."

what an asset for those like my son who is autistic and hates using the phone - when I am dead and gone hopefully he will be able to communicate with the DWP himself now!0 -
About time for myself too. Dozens of DWP advisers have triggered my psychopath rage off dozens of times and they can't understand why I am frothing at the mouth.0
