Cigna/Sterling underwriters

I am just about to start the process of putting my complaint together against Cigna/Sterling, who were the underwriters for three of my secured loans with GE Money, which was brokered by loans.co.uk.

The three loans were in 2003 and 2004 so its pre-regulation and that's why I am going taking this complaint to the underwriters.

Now what I want to know is have any of you had any joy with these and has anyone got any contact information for them. I did read on another forum that they were not UK regulated but I am not sure if that's correct and if so would it be pointless complaining. The thing is one loan which was sold exactly the same way which was sold in 2006 has been upheld, so there are quite a few reasons that gives me a good reason for complaint.

Any info would be appreciated.
