Car lease and late payments

Hi
I am looking to lease a car in the near future but I have a few recent late payments on my account. Will this cause me a major issue. The late payment markers are '1's'

Not sure if this puts me into the 'bad credit' bracket or not??

How many is 'a few' and how recent?

One late payment generally doesn't have too big of a negative impact on your credit file. Lenders know that the rare oversight can happen. However it becomes a problem when there's multiple late payment markers and especially when they are pretty recent.

I got a PCP via Barclays Personal Finance in September and I had defaults on my file, including unpaid ones (that I've since paid). Didn't expect to get it but, hey ho!
