Satinwood paint not drying?

Hi All,
I have a chest of drawers similar to picture in link below.
I painted it 24 hours ago with Dulux satinwood, self undercoating paint and it is still very wet, even looks very "glossy" still.
The chest does not have any grain, very smooth, with a non-handpainted finish, similar to a melamine but not if you see what I mean?.
I gave it a light sand, stirred the paint etc.
Any advice please?

Firstly, I painted all my doors and skirting boards in Dulux Satinwood last year; I recall it took a while to dry with numerous thin coats even after full prep work (clean, light sand, Zinzzer Primer).
It is now peeling off everywhere in rubber like shards (the panit also seemed to attract a lot of dirt).
I believed (at the time) it was a faulty pot of paint, so last week I did my bathroom door in Dulux Satinwood (white cotton). It only needed a light coat but I still did the usual prep. The paint took days to dry and went on glossy in patches.
My dilemma is what do I do about the rest of my paintwork? Do I have to scrape off paint? 6 doors, bannister, spindles, skirts... or is there something I can use? I have started to sand but its making the shedding of pant worse.
Will I have to take off all the peeling rubber like chards? This would take me months and I have a carpet coming next week! Can i get away with doing a final light sand and prime and undercoat or is there something I can use to stop the rest of the paint peeling off like grated cheese?
Please help. Never again will I use Dulux!0
