This prize draw is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (company number 02810264) whose registered address is at 103 Wigmore Street, London W1H 1WU as managing agent for the landowner of Designer Retail Outlet Centre’s, Henderson UK Outlet No1.
•Entry into this prize draw confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by the decisions of McArthurGlen UK Limited.
•The prize includes, one ski outfit from tog 24 comprising of ski jacket, salopettes, termals, goggles and helmet of the winners choice (selected from stock available at the store the winner wants to collect the prize from)
•This competition is run by McArthurGlen Designer Outlet, with one prize to be won across all 6 centres.
•Prize must be collected within 1 month of the closing date
•To enter the prize draw you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
•No purchase necessary.
•No cash alternatives or substitutions, the prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no change will be given.
•The prize must be collected at a Tog 24 store at a UK McArthurGlen Designer Outlet centre only.
•The prize must be collected by 31 February 2016 (Hmmm, only 29 days in FEB)
•Entry closes at midnight GMT on Sunday 31th January 2016
•The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received prior to the closing date and will be notified by email within 3 days of the closing date of the prize draw.
