the spend is the statement balance, they only report one per month so report the statement balance0 -
Thanks for the advice, I think I can apply for one of these Capital One credit cards, I guess if I pay for things off the card and pay it off immediately, it would count as positive on my credit score?
When you get your credit card just set up a direct debit to pay the balance in full each month. This avoids you having to pay interest, prevents you inadvertently missing a payment and will help establish a good credit history.0 -

A 14 year old opens a PayPal/eBay account. Manages to get in to debt and owe PayPal money. Somehow a CCJ is made against you, a minor. Fast forward 6 years, said CCJ was still on your file?
You said: "I had a CCJ on my file and various other debts". What other various debts? Were you racking up credit cards in your teens too?
