Hi I have been in my overdraft for a long time 8 years + which due to be being self employed and struggling with mental health issues I have often gone over and occured charges, whenever I am earning I never have much money left to go into my own account as money goes straight in to partners to pay towards rent bills etc...
I am with barclays and I was literally just getting charges all the time for going over my overdraft.. my parents have now lent me the £1500 to cover my over draft and I am hoping now without the normal interest on that and interest for going over I can sort my self out. (I do need to give this back at some point but at least it wil be easier with out the mound of fees and interest as before was impossible)
So basically my question is based on the information above is worth me trying to reclaim charges back?, or can I not now that my overdraft is paid?
I really appreciate the time taken to read and answer this question thank you in advance
