Website problem?? Locking website size??

Hi, I have created a website in Ms Frontpage, (i know I am being lazy 
) Buton different screen size it is in different ratio. On smaller screens it gets distorted - as eg. headings are too long to fit in one line, so they get moved to the next line, which obviously isnt gd. How can I lock the size so it looks the same on every screen?? Thank you in advance. 0
