Dear all just one more problem
At the top left of the web page there are a few useful settings tools such as ' view file etc. Someone answered this before when asked by someone else. I don't remember so if anyone can jog my memory kindly thanks.

Sorry I thought the question was obvious. I don't have those Icons on my pc. I remember someone here suggested to click next to the Tab and then I had those icons appear on another pc I don't remember how exectly i did it.

No, it was far from obvious and the batteries have run out in my crystal ball.
Anyway, I think the answer to your question is to press the Alt key and the menu bar should appear. Press Alt again and it disappears. Once you have the Menu bar visible, if you want to make it a Permanent feature, click on View > Toolbars > and select Menu Bar... So, is it some "web page" like you said originally, or some browser buttons/controls/menu? What browser then and why were the settings "useful"? What do you actually want to do? In my FF I don't have anything like "view file" simply because there is no any file to view.0
