Hi all,
I had a new grp roof (6mx4m) installed as part of an extension refurb less than a year ago that has started leaking. I've been quoted £2300 to re-do the top coat, is that a fair quote?
Thanks for reading :j

You should have a minimum of a 10 year guarantee for the roof unless it is storm damage. the quote is what you should expect for a complete system not just a top coat0

When I had a flat roof replaced in my last property, it came with a 10 yr guarantee, so if I were you I'd certainly be questioning why the guarantee doesn't cover the present problem. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
Depending on the level of damage we are talking about a patch repair should be vastly cheaper than this!0
