Lloyds Packaged Account Success 24 hours!

Thanks to the posters on here talking about Lloyds packaged accounts and resolver , we posted a complaint yesterday evening, and just 24 hours later we are richer by £2687.81 having just discussed fully with Lloyds, money will be in our account in 48hours , all for the sake of an email , thank you so much for all giving us the confidence to challenge this :beer:

Well done that's great! I wish I'd found this part of MSE sooner! I sent off letters to the bank before Christmas complaining only to be told I wasn't mis-sold my account and all the charges I've received over the past 5 years are fair (even though they leave me in an unauthorised overdraft lol). Oh well, I guess I can probably try again in a year or so!
So chuffed for you though! That's an amazing amount of money
