Travel insurance covering ongoing trail travel

Hi,
Are there any providers that will cover delay/alternative travel costs for ongoing train travel in Europe? I need to sort insurance for a trip to Belgium via Eurostar using the included travel to any other Belgian station as part of the ticket. If we get to Brussels and then can't travel onwards (eg with something like the current strikes), most policies only cover an initial outbound delay and don't appear to cover this - is there any policy that would cover this?
