Remote Control Car

I ordered a remote controlled electric ride on car three weeks before Christmas to allow enough time to set it up and check it works. Having set it up I found the remote control didn't work. I contacted the company they sent out a different remote. That one doesn't work. Christmas has been and gone and I haven't been able to drive my two year old around in her car, I've contacted the company three times since and get a 'sorry we're waiting to hear from our technical team' as a response. This is going on four weeks, what can I do?!

If they are unable/unwilling to repair it then you don't have much option but to tell them you are rejecting the item for a full refund.
If they won't play ball, contact the card provider you used when paying.0
