Am i covered by consumer rights act?

I am writing to everyone today to warn of a cowboy car trade company called "Heathrow General Cars Ltd" they are based at the following address: 123b, High Street, Cranford, Hounslow, England, TW5 9PB

The company was formed in June 2014 by Nazir Mohammed. I wanted to take the time to warn people against buying from this car trade company. As they have sold me a car for £3000 that is now broken (starter motor) within one month of me driving it away. I am a young mother with a one year old son and i have expressed to them that I needed the car fixed. They refused to fix the car. I now have to pay another £600 out of my own pocket to fix the car. I have contacted trading standards and i have also informed autotrader about the company that is advertising on their website. They are also taking this very seriously.

I will be taking the car company to court. I am absolutely gutted that a car trader thinks he is able to get away with this so i am going to make sure that i create as much noise on the internet as possible, so that these blogs sit under his website. The car that cost me £3000 is now sitting on the drive until i find the money to get it fixed. Ontop of the broken starter motor, "Heathrow general cars" didnt even supply me with locking nuts for the car, we agreed verbally about me buying the locking nuts and they would pay me. I bought them. NO money came to me. It was only £32.50, its not the money its the principle.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE COWBOYS. I have never ever seen such bad customer services in all my life. Let alone been taken by daylight robbery. If someone from HEATHROW GENERAL CARS LTD decides to try to make themselfs look better by replying to this blog do not believe anything they say. I wouldnt spend the time writing this message if I wasnt being honest. I can be nothing but honest. I dont want anyone else to lose money!!!

£600 to have a starter motor fixed on a £3000 used car , what make of car is this?
why are they refusing to fix it , a used car dealership should have the backup of a workshop and be able to collect and repair

at this point I think you are doing more harm than good shouting and screaming in multiple postings.

anyway back to the first question , what type of car ?

A 3 grand car is going to be old, good luck proving it's not fair wear and tear. These things happen, it's all part of the cost of motoring.

Now it's a starter motor so where is the £600 coming from? Please shop about, a starter motor should cost under 200 fitted, or buy the motor off Ebay for £40 and get a mobile Mechanic to fit it for around £50
