Magazine subscription

Good evening, I wondered if any of you have subscribed to sewinspired magazine? I did in November and part of this was a free cd as a gift which hasn't arrived. Several of my Facebook friends have called them and been told they would send another cd out in the post in fact one has been told this four times and of course hasn't received anything. I called them today to be told I should have been received mine by 11th November so another would be sent. My questions are have any off you subscribed and received your free cd and other than calling them again where do I go from here? I'm now concerned that I won't receive my magazine when it's due bearing in mind they have taken the dd from my bank. You feedback would be most appreciated

Might be worth posting your question on the Discussion thread; for magazines- First thread on the "Shop don't drop" board as I'm sure someone will know the answer.
Sorry can't help as anything I have or still do suscribe to has always turned up, as has the freebie.
Seems a long time lapse (and yes, they probably will blame Christmas!) When did they activate the DD?
