Noddle and web browser problem

I don't know whether this is the best place to post - I have been using Noddle for years to keep track of my credit rating and monitor balance transfer options available to me on credit cards.


Suddenly it has stopped working and is stating that the information I have on there has expired and when I try to update it, I get the 'hour glass' continuing and cannot submit the information.


I emailed Noddle and they emailed back suggesting I try a different browser. I am using Explorer and never had a problem before. Also changing browser doesn't seem all that straightforward and I have no idea what to do?!

Why? I have three installed and use all if I have some problem with one of them.
My preference is Firefox. Chrome is the next. IE is the last one that I hardly ever use.

To do in general or about installing another browser?

Start with deleting all (or Noddle only) cookies in your IE.

I use Firefox as my main browser but its locked down tight to block
adverts and wont allow websites to load stuff in the background without
my permission, I use Chrome for my Banking which just uses adblock plus.

Lots of browsers out there, Explorer probably one of the worst...

Thanks forgotmyname. I have downloaded Chrome and made it my default browser. Had no idea IE was one of the worst - I did get lots of annoying adverts!

Hi Grumbler. I set Chrome as my default browser and Noddle is working again now.
