Impossible to get through. I can't upgrade online and have kept checking. Trying calling a few times but always on hold for ages. Now been on hold for an hour! Can't try again tomorrow as got work all day and the offer runs out. Am hoping my call get answered soon but I have a sneaking suspicion the call centre closes at 10pm.
Anyone else had any luck?0
