Protectyourbubble how quick to claim?

I managed to smash my phone screen on New Years but I'd purchased Protectyourbubble insurance in mid December.

I've been trying to find any info about a limit on how soon you can claim as I know some companies won't let you claim within the first x days? I can't find anything in my policy documents about this, but does anyone know? I don't want to get stiffed with "oh you have to wait 30 days before claiming" when it's so close to 30 days!

Your policy docs are the place to find out any conditions on when you cannot claim.
