New Computer Build Is This Ok?

Hi all am going to build a new computer, will run CS2 & Flight Simulator X + ordinary stuff. Opinions please
Motherboard Asus M2n Am2
Processor AMD Athalon 64 X2 4200 inc fan
Memory Crucial 2GB DDR2 PC2-4200
Graphics card Point of View 7600GT 256mb DDR3
Hard drive Western Digital WD1600JS Cavier 160GB
Windows XP OEM
Price is an important factor and i think this is the best for the money, about £360.00 including power supply (350w) keyboard etc. will use old case
